The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher MRPL45P2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRPL45P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC and OV are the cancer types where MRPL45P2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
