Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MRPL45P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MRPL45P1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher MRPL45P1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRPL45P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and LUAD show a favorable association.
KIRC, KICH, and ACC are the cancer types where MRPL45P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
