Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MRPL45 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MRPL45 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher MRPL45 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRPL45 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
STAD, PRAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where MRPL45 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
