MRPL45

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL45 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,991 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL45-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LIG3, NSRP1, and ZNF830. Each is linked with MRPL45 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL45-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL45 versus LIG3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL45→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
