MRPL45

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL45 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL45-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with MRPL45 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL45-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL45 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by MRPL45-low versus MRPL45-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL45→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL45) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
