MRPL44

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL44 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,787 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL44-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GIGYF2, DIS3L2, and MCM3. Each is linked with MRPL44 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL44-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL44 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL44 versus GIGYF2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL44→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
