MRPL44

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL44 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,090 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL44-associated genes across cancer lineages are MT-CO2, ZEB2, and IFFO1. Each is linked with MRPL44 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL44-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL44 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL44 versus MT-CO2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL44→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
