Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL44 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,204 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL44-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial translational elongation, Mitochondrial ribosome assembly, and Mitochondrial tRNA processing. Each is linked with MRPL44 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL44-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL44 results are reported.
