Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL44 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPL44-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLP1R, SPACA1, and ASB17. Each is linked with MRPL44 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL44-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL44 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GLP1R grouped by MRPL44-low versus MRPL44-high in OVARY.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL44→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
