MRPL43

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL43 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,370 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL43-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLK, KIFBP, and NHLRC2. Each is linked with MRPL43 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL43-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL43 versus SLK in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL43→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
