MRPL43

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL43 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL43-associated genes across cancer lineages are Class-switched memory B-cells, Macrophages M2, and MEP. Each is linked with MRPL43 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL43-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Class-switched memory B-cells grouped by MRPL43-low versus MRPL43-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL43→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
