MRPL40

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL40 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,670 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL40-associated genes across cancer lineages are AOC3, CMTM3, and TUBA1A. Each is linked with MRPL40 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL40-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL40→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
