Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,027 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, SYNE1, and LRRC4C. Each is linked with MRPL4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL4-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL4 versus CNRIP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
