MRPL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 408 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPA3P2, RPS15AP27, and MIR3118-3. Each is linked with MRPL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL4-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPA3P2 grouped by MRPL4-low versus MRPL4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
