Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,732 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial ribosome assembly, rRNA metabolic process, and rRNA processing. Each is linked with MRPL4 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL4-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL4 results are reported.
