MRPL3P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL3P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,969 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL3P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UTP15, RAB7A, and PURA. Each is linked with MRPL3P1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL3P1-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL3P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL3P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL3P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
