MRPL38

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL38 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 350 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL38-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPE1P16, RN7SL447P, and RNU6-591P. Each is linked with MRPL38 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL38-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL38 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL38→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
