The most reproducible MRPL36P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Synaptic vesicle cytoskeletal transport, Mitochondrial gene expression, and Carbohydrate derivative transport. Each is linked with MRPL36P1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL36P1-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL36P1 results are reported.
