MRPL36

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,884 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL36-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFS6, CHCHD2, and MED10. Each is linked with MRPL36 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL36-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL36 versus NDUFS6 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL36→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
