MRPL36

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,191 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL36-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NSUN2, BRIX1, and EBNA1BP2. Each is linked with MRPL36 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL36-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL36 versus NSUN2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL36→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
