MRPL36

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL36 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,806 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL36-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC14L2, CYTH4, and MFNG. Each is linked with MRPL36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL36-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL36 versus SEC14L2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL36→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
