Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL36 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 744 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPL36-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBB2P1, APOBEC3H, and ACOD1. Each is linked with MRPL36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL36-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL36 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRYBB2P1 grouped by MRPL36-low versus MRPL36-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL36→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
