Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL35P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,004 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL35P3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARGP1, ANKRD36, and ECD. Each is linked with MRPL35P3 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL35P3-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL35P3 results are reported.
