MRPL35

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL35 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,366 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL35-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, MEOX2, and TGFB3. Each is linked with MRPL35 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL35-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL35 versus CNRIP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.23.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL35→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
