MRPL32P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL32P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,736 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL32P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMA2, MRPL32, and RPL7AP11. Each is linked with MRPL32P2 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL32P2-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL32P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL32P2 versus PSMA2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL32P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL32P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
