The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher MRPL32 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRPL32 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD show a favorable association.
COAD, CCRCC, and LSCC are the cancer types where MRPL32 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
