Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,740 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL30-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDFY4, THOP1, and PLEKHO2. Each is linked with MRPL30 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL30-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL30 results are reported.
