Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,479 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL30-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Mitochondrial RNA metabolic process, and Mitochondrial RNA processing. Each is linked with MRPL30 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL30-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL30 results are reported.
