MRPL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,857 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are COMMD2, MRPL19, and DARS1. Each is linked with MRPL3 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL3-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL3 versus COMMD2 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
