MRPL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,542 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM2_S139, MCM2, and MCM3. Each is linked with MRPL3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL3-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL3 versus MCM2_S139 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
