MRPL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Tuberin_pT1462, A-Raf_pS299, and GSK-3a-b_pS21_S9. Each is linked with MRPL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL3-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Tuberin_pT1462 grouped by MRPL3-low versus MRPL3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
