MRPL28

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,721 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL28-associated proteins across cancer lineages are JPT2, PGP, and TRAP1. Each is linked with MRPL28 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL28-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL28 versus JPT2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL28→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
