MRPL28

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL28 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 938 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL28-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1263, RNU6-65P, and VCY1B. Each is linked with MRPL28 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL28-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1263 grouped by MRPL28-low versus MRPL28-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL28→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
