MRPL27

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,146 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL27-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BPTF, COIL, and RRM2. Each is linked with MRPL27 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL27-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL27 versus BPTF in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL27→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
