MRPL27

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL27 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,600 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL27-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZCCHC24, AOC3, and PTGIR. Each is linked with MRPL27 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL27-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL27 versus ZCCHC24 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL27→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
