Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL27 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL27-associated genes across cancer lineages are Myosin-IIa_pS1943, Myosin-IIa, and PDK1_pS241. Each is linked with MRPL27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL27-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL27 results are reported.
