Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,267 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL27-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are [2Fe-2S] cluster assembly, Quinone metabolic process, and DNA replication checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with MRPL27 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL27-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, [2Fe-2S] cluster assembly grouped by MRPL27-low versus MRPL27-high in URINARY_TRACT.
