MRPL22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,098 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL22-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN2AIPNL, PPP2CA, and MRPS36. Each is linked with MRPL22 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL22-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL22 versus CDKN2AIPNL in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL22→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
