Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL22 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,131 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPL22-associated genes across cancer lineages are STARD9, COX7A1, and NEXN. Each is linked with MRPL22 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL22-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL22 versus STARD9 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL22→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
