Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL22 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,348 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPL22-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP7D3, TSHR, and EOMES. Each is linked with MRPL22 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL22-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAP7D3 grouped by MRPL22-low versus MRPL22-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL22→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
