MRPL21

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,195 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL21-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGSF6, ZEB2, and GLIPR2. Each is linked with MRPL21 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL21-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL21→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
