Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MRPL20P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MRPL20P1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher MRPL20P1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRPL20P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and CESC show a favorable association.

LUAD, KIRC, and MESO are the cancer types where MRPL20P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
