Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL20-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,062 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL20-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRRC47, LZIC, and NUDC. Each is linked with MRPL20-AS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL20-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL20-AS1 results are reported.
