MRPL17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,655 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM1, EIF4G2, and MNAT1. Each is linked with MRPL17 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL17-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL17 versus RRM1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL17→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
