MRPL17

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL17 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,036 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TFB1M, MRPL18, and MRPL19. Each is linked with MRPL17 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL17-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL17 versus TFB1M in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL17→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
