Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,720 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rDNA heterochromatin formation, Protein K6-linked ubiquitination, and [4Fe-4S] cluster assembly. Each is linked with MRPL17 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL17-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL17 results are reported.
