MRPL16

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL16 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,038 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL16-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPFIA2, FOLR2, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with MRPL16 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL16-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL16 versus PPFIA2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL16→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
