Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,019 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPL16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyruvate decarboxylation to acetyl-CoA, Mitochondrial translation, and Pseudouridine synthesis. Each is linked with MRPL16 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL16-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Pyruvate decarboxylation to acetyl-CoA grouped by MRPL16-low versus MRPL16-high in LIVER.
