The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher MRPL15 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MRPL15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC and SKCM are the cancer types where MRPL15 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
