MRPL15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,883 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM4, MCM5, and SMC2. Each is linked with MRPL15 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL15-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL15 versus MCM4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL15→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
